Ways to Donate

Below are ways that you can help support the Painted Paws Ranch, our pups and our Veterans. Donations made through the items below come directly to Painted Paws for Veterans. Thank you so much for your support!

General Donations

General donations are the backbone of any charitable program. Your support means everything to us. We couldn't do what we do without regular donations from our supporters. Please consider making a recurring monthly donation, even if it's only $5.

Colorado Gives 365

Community First Foundation launched Colorado Gives 365 nearly two decades ago, and since then, they have raised more than $500 million for Colorado nonprofits. PPFV is proud to be a participant in Colorado Gives 365 for year-round fundraising.

Woofer's Cottage

Pay for your hand-made goodies from Mama and Papa Paws. You'll find nut butters, tea blends, salves and soaps.

Medical Expenses

We care deeply about our dogs, and a big part of that is making sure that they receive all necessary medical attention. This can range from annual exams and vaccinations, to spay, neuter and dental needs.

Memorial Donations

Losing ones we care about is an unfortunate part of life. Memorial donations are welcomed in the name of a lost loved one. Please make sure to let us know the person's or pet's name that the donation is being made for so that we can recognize them and their sacrifice.

Feed a Painted Paws Dog

We love our Ranch dogs, and we do everything we can to take the very best care of them. In our experience, one of the most important things in a dog’s care is their diet. We’ve seen dogs with various skin and health care issues, become healthy, beautiful animals with a good quality consistent diet.

Special Transports

Painted Paws for Veterans travels to shelters around the mountain and southwest regions to rescue dogs that are on the euthanasia list, and dogs that never make the adoption list because of medical or disability reasons. This takes a lot of coordination with volunteers and many miles of travel. Help keep Painted Paws for Veterans on the move.

Special Projects

Donations for special projects on the Ranch, including building projects, fencing and dog runs.

Community Outreach Spays/Neuters

We don't always have the space to rescue a new dog. But, we can all do our part to prevent over-breeding within our community. These funds go to providing spays and neuters for animals in at-risk conditions.

We greatly appreciate all donations, no matter how large or small. Please consider choosing a recurring monthly donation, even if it’s only $5, during the payment process.

Our Board of Directors donate 100% of the administrative costs of the organization each year, so you can be assured that every dollar received from supporters like you, goes directly into our programs and the care of the dogs.
